1.94 General update

- Add one more defensive planet slot to legion which the level > 5.
- You can declare war in DM galaxy regardless of diplomatic status.
- The attacker's name will not be shown at the preparation stage.
- DM planets' super star gate is locked to level 5, accelerating orbit to level 10. They can't be upgraded nor dismantled.

- Debris will disappear slowly of nobody is salvaging.
- Each player can set a ship in defensive zone, it will auto-join battle.
- Add new PvP ranking for damage, injury and kills
